The Theatre in Missions track will cover the preparation, rehearsal, touring, performance and follow up activities that are associated with this exciting form of presenting the Gospel through theatre as outreach both in foreign countries and at home.  The three panelists have worked or are presently working in various capacities with mission organizations that use theatre throughout the world.  Each session will be composed of a panel discussion concerning the various areas of primary interest mentioned above, as well as encourage the participants to share their own experiences of theatre in this type of outreach. So, we look forward to sharing what we know as well as learning from you about Theatre in Missions.  Session topics include:  Preparation (audition, selection, rehearsal), Creation of Material, On the Road:  Logistics and Financing, Recording the Experience and More!

Session participants will be asked to fill out a survey prior to attending the conference and will also be asked to bring any information regarding events and trips they have been a part of.
