FAQ's and

FAQ's
Q. I am registering a group.
Do we all register at once or can each
person do their own registration?
A. Yes, each person can register themselves.
If you are registering 5 or more and are
eligible for the group rate, it is important
that each person put the same organization name
on their registration.
Q.
Can additional people be added after we
register?
A. Yes. This is not a problem
Q.
Can discipline tracks be changed once we
register?
A.
Yes- this is one of the many great
features of the registration system that we use.
As long as the person who registers remembers
the password they chose, they can go into their
record themselves and make any changes. If
they forget their password, we can go in and
make changes, but we are not able to retrieve
their password for them. However, please
keep in mind that some tracks have a class
limit- so if the track is full, you will not be
able to switch to that track.
Q.
We are thinking about staying in L.A. a few days
longer to go site seeing.
Do you know if we will be able to stay in
the dorm at Azusa for an additional night or
two?
A. Yes, attendees may stay in the dorms until Sunday June 15th
at 10:00 am.
All attendees must check out by 10:00 am
Sunday.
Q. I have a friend or spouse that would like to attend the
evening performances.
Is this possible?
A. Yes, we do sell tickets to each evening’s event.
The cost for opening night is $10.
All other evenings are $5/each.
However, tickets are not guaranteed until
the conference opens due to the limited number
of seats available.
Seats must be given to registrants first.
Q. Can I buy meals ala carte?
A. Unfortunately this is not an option. The meal plan is a package deal and attendees who wish to eat
on campus must buy the meal plan.
Due to our agreement with the food
service department we are unable to offer meals
ala carte.
However, there are many restaurants near
the University.
A list will be included in your
registration materials when you arrive at the
conference.
Q. I have food allergies or other restrictions.
Can I make requests if I buy the meal
plan?
A. We make every effort to work with attendees when they have
special food requests.
However, we cannot make any guarantees
and are happy to handle this on a case by case
basis.
Q. Do I have to cho
ose workshops prior to the conference?
A.
You do not have to sign up for workshops.
However, you will choose a Discipline
Track when you register.
