Christian College Theatre Fair
We are excited to announce a new approach to our Christian College Theatre Fair for the 2020 Festival!
To help colleges and prospective students connect, we held two special events at the 2020 East Coast Festival in Charlotte, NC:
Christian College and University Theatre Panel Discussion. Students, teachers, and parents learned more about studying theatre at the schools represented in the fair and showcase.
Junior and Senior Showcase. Students nearing graduation were invited to perform or present in our main performance space for our college representatives. All Festival participants and observers were invited to attend. Colleges could set up interviews on Saturday with students they wish to consider for admission and scholarships. This event is in lieu of auditions/presentations that we’ve held before the beginning of the festival in the past.
Throughout the Festival, colleges had booths in our College Fair Hall with representatives available to share about their programs.

Christians in Theatre Arts recognizes the wide variety of post-secondary educational opportunities available to high school students who are Christians and desire to combine their passion for theatre with their passion for their faith. We encourage students to consider spending their undergraduate years in a setting providing a Christian perspective on the theatre arts.
